Reschedule of Greyhope Road Closure

Dragados, the Principal Contractor for the Aberdeen Harbour Expansion Project, has announced that, due to the re-scheduling of works on the Aberdeen Harbour Expansion Project at Nigg Bay, it has now been possible to defer closure of a section of Greyhope Road to the public by one week.  The road will now be closed from 24th April 2017 until the completion of the construction works in June 2020.  Dragados have confirmed that works on the North Breakwater will commence on schedule during May 2017 as previously advised.

As a reminder, this closure is critical to ensuring the health and safety of the public during the construction works.  Access to Dolphinwatch and the Torry Battery will be maintained by approaching via St Fitticks Road and Greyhope Road from the north.

If you wish to contact Dragados about the road closure, call the Project Hotline 0800 4714829 where you can speak direct to them or leave a message which they will respond to by the next working day.  Alternatively email them at:  contactusAHEP@dragados.com
