Caisson ‘Louise’ arrives
Caisson 'Louise' arrives in South Harbour.
A third caisson has joined those previsouly towed from Invergordon and placed in position in South Harbour. As per tradition, the caisson, which will form part of the closed quay on the massive, 400 metre-long Dunnottar Quay, is named after the loved one of one of those most closely involved with the project. In this case the caisson is named after Louise Parker, wife of the organisation's previous Chief Executive, Colin Parker.
