Launching of Fast Rescue Craft and other small craft

Masters and boats crews are reminded that under the Harbour Bye-Laws it is an offence to launch a vessel into the harbour waters without first obtaining permission from the Harbour Master.

Before a boat is launched please contact VTS on VHF Channel 12.

VTS can then advise crew on diving operations or other marine operations that are taking place.

Please note the speed limit in the Harbour is 5 knots.
